Book Review Up!
After months of anticipation, I got my first book review from the lovely people at Wrecked for the Ordinary! Granted, it certainly wasn’t a glowing review, which is tough. It’s hard to have your first book be misunderstood in public! However, this will not waver me. I have been making contact with other outlets to get more reviews out there to provide some counter balance!
If you’ve read the book, check the review out and comment. Even if you didn’t like the book, comment. That will attract more traffic, which in turn will bring more exposure.

Off to the Races!
Finally, after unnecessarily prolonging the awkward “tell your friends to buy my book” ploy, my publisher and I have finished my press release!
For those of you who don’t know, a press release is a formally written announcement that your book exists. The purpose of these is to get media outlets (stores, radio stations, blogs, podcasts, etc. ) aware of your work. According to the PR plan my publisher and I put together, we are looking at about 500 different outlets getting notice of my literary existence!
At this point, it’s off to the races! Those who are reading, keep doing it! Tell your friends, families, creepers, etc. Those who aren’t, you are at my site, so I encourage you to read my works here (unless you just wanted to check out the snazzy new theme courtesy of Woo! but provided by a friend at Dreamstar Studios).
Also, I will soon be including a link to an article ran on my publication by my campus’ newspaper. Hopefully, I will be featured by a larger newspaper here in the next couple of weeks! I will keep you updated to the fullest!

Today Selling Books
Right now I am sitting in my living room, with a pen and a pile of books in front of me.
Why is that? I am too poor to afford a book signing at a book store, and my apartment is free (for book signings anyway).
I think it is starting to sink in that I am selling books. It’s still tough to believe because since I have been a wee lad I have wanted to be a writer, and now I have a stack of 150 books in my apartment. Namely, my books! Pretty wild stuff!!
For those of you who are interested, my amazon page went up the other day, and it is in need of reviews! When you read the book (assuming you buy it) try to write a review on the amazon page, because the more reviews it gets, the more people will view the page, the more people will buy it, the more people will read it, etc.
Here is a little disclosure for those of you writing reviews:
1.) Make sure your spelling isn’t bad! Use spell check if the need be, and read it over a few times before you post it.
2.) DONT MENTION YOU KNOW ME IF YOU DO!! People don’t care if a friend likes someone’s book. If the text can impress a random stranger, that’s a feat. So, pretend to be people who don’t know me when you write the book.

Today Released!
Today is the day!
For those of you not attending the book signing at my apt., the book Green Bean Spirituality is now available for online purchase! I don’t know if it will ship out of the U.S. just yet, but in time the Amazon page will be up! If you are within the intercontinental U.S. and wish to purchase a copy, you can get it here!
Otherwise, you could wait for the Amazon page, or the shipping for this site may go out of the country. I am not certain, but I will let you know as it develops!

The Belly of the Beast
The day of Green Bean Spirituality is readily approaching! Currently, the manuscript rests in the pre-media phase of press, and by the middle of next week it’s off to the races! I should “easily” be getting the first 175 copies of the book by Dec. 13th. For those of you in the Newark area, I encourage you to swing by my apartment so as to secure yourself a few (or bunch) of the first wave. I will have signed all of those, and as awkward as it is to say, I guess that makes that bunch worth more.
Don’t worry though, my writing won’t take a hit because of the books release. I have been drawing up a few essays here in the future, and I hope to be sending those into a few media outlets soon. I hope you all have been enjoying the writing thus far, and I look forward to seeing how the book sells. Thank you all for your fiscal support, prayers, and encouraging words.
Thanks for keeping yourself posted. You stay classy cyberspace.
